Staging to Sell with Inspo from 5-Star Hotels

The use of staging can set a listing apart from the crowd and increase the amount buyers are willing to spend on a property, according to recent data from the National Association of REALTORS®. If homebuyers crave luxury and want it at a variety of price points, sellers would do well to stage their homes in a way that reflects these lifestyle aspirations. Cost of Sunseeker Climbs to Nearly $700M
The cost to build the Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor has gone up once again and will now come in at more than $175 million than originally projected. In an earnings report released Wednesday morning, John Redmond, CEO of Las Vegas-based Allegiant Travel Co., says that because of inflationary pressures and supply chain issues “we expect the final capital expenditure budget to be $695 million.” Continue Reading |

Our PACKED Trip to Nashville!
We are always looking for ways to refine our skills! Matthew took our Marketing Director, Elizabeth Lee, to Nashville for a Marketing Conference where they learned from some of the BEST in the business, including Tom Ferry who is the #1 Real Estate Coach. It was an intense and jam-packed few days with influential and inspirational leaders from all over the nation. They were also treated to a private concert by country music artists, Eric Paslay and Charles Kelley (from Lady A)! |
